Finishing Touches
Finishing Touches (2018) is an award-winning short film that I directed with my friend Jennifer Pham. Starting out as a student-project at CSU Fullerton, I served as assistant director, producer, and lead animator to a team of my peers and supervising faculty. It won Best Animated Short for New Filmmakers Los Angeles and was featured in multiple film festivals. Finishing Touches was ironically my big start into animation projects. I am proud of this project and how far I have come since!
Adorable?!
Adorable?! is a rough short that I made over the course of my animation program. I learned a lot about the pipeline of taking a story from a simple idea to rough animation, all by myself. While it isn't technically my best, I had a lot of fun making it and learned what it meant to communicate my unique voice (and joy!) through a project.
